Hello. I'm Charlotte Baker and I am interested in what it takes for someone to do their best thinking; clear, independent and actionable.

I work as an executive coach, trainer and facilitator and most enjoy working with people who have recently taken on a new role or been promoted, and want to perform exceptionally well, quickly.

Moving into a senior role means much more than having a bigger team to manage or a pay rise.  How does your approach need to change when you are shaping the future direction of the business not just working in it?  What are the key relationships now and how do you cope if you need to distance yourself in some?  How can you do things differently without losing your credibility or integrity?

Whether you want to foster good and successful leadership, find better solutions, build stronger relationships or even just have more productive meetings give me a call to see if I can help.
