Hello. I'm Charlotte Baker and I support senior managers and directors who have just been promoted in order for them to step into their new role quickly and effectively.

Moving into a senior role means much more than having a bigger team to manage or a pay rise.  How does your approach need to change when you are shaping the future direction of the business not just working in it?  What are the key relationships now and how do you cope if you need to distance yourself in some?  How can you do things differently without losing your credibility or integrity?

Whether you want to foster good and successful leadership, find better solutions and build stronger relationships give me a call to see if I can help.

New service Thinking In Conflict.  Special introductory offer of £500 for 4 sessions.
